| 摘 要： | 针对传统教育范式中的教学内容与企业对学生能力要求不匹配，以及高校中心化管理模式存在信息篡改、泄露等问题，提出一种基于 OBE 理念的“区块链+教育”系统框架。该框架以学生的学习产出为导向，将教育结构和课程内容当作手段而非目标，并成功引入区块链技术，利用其去中心化、防篡改、集体维护、可回溯等特性，对 OBE 模式下输出的教育数据起到了很好的保护作用。此外，智能合约、身份认证、时间戳等功能可增强教学评估过程的透明化和公信度，能明确教育问责到具体个人，从而减少人为因素的影响。

| Abstract: | In view of the mismatch between the teaching content in the traditional Education paradigm and the requirements of enterprises on students’ability，as well as the existence of information tampering and leakage in the centralized management model of colleges and universities，a“block chain + Education”system framework based on the concept of OBE（Outcomes based Education）is proposed. This framework takes students’learning output as the orientation，regards education structure and course content as means rather than goals，and successfully introduces block chain technology which plays a good role in protecting education data output under OBE mode by virtue of its features of decentralization，tamper-proof，collective maintenance，and traceability. In addition，smart contracts， identity authentication，timestamps and other features can enhance the transparency and credibility of the teaching evaluation process，make it clear that education is accountable to specific individuals，and reduce the impact of human factors. |
