| 摘 要： | 随着高校的扩招,大学毕业生就业的压力越来越大,转变就业观念,变“填空式”就业为创业式就业,已成为高校就业指导的重要内容。学校应开展创业教育,增强学生自主创业的意识、能力和技巧,使更多的毕业生创办自己的企业,为社会创建更多的就业岗位。

| Abstract: | With the enlargement of college students, the pressure of obtaining employment becomes heavier and heavier. So it is the main content of employment instruction to change the employment ideas and ways. The colleges should develop carving out education and boost up the consciousness, abilities and skills of carving out by the students themselves to make more graduates can start their own enterprises and supply more employment opportunities to the society. |
