| 摘 要： | 体育后备人才的培养是竞技体育发展的战略性问题。对全国 15所青少年高水平排球后备人才培训基地的后备人才梯队建设、培训基地教练员队伍的构建、培训基地资金投入状况、培训基地的办学模式进行了调查研究。旨在总结培训基地的成功经验和存在的问题 ,为我国竞技排球后备人才的培养提供有力的实证依据。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of sports talent reserve is a strate gic problem for competitive sports development.This paper makes survey on 15 nat ional training bases for high-level junior volleyball talented players establis hed one year ago,coach team construction,fund investment and model of running ed ucation at base.The main purpose is to summarize the success experience and exis ting problem,provide the bases for our volleyball talented players cultivation. |
