| 摘 要： | 利用调查法和文献资料法，对河北省业余体校武术套路教练员的专项知识学习和行为规范管理情况、教练员培养目标的设定等进行了调查，指出河北省在武术套路项目后备力量培养上整体优势不明显：欠缺对难度动作进行训练的能力与科学的方法；教练员重视对运动员运动能力基础培养，忽视科学文化素养养成教育，并提出针对性建议，以期为提高武术套路教练员的教学训练水平提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | By investigation and literature review methods,this paper carried out a survey,among the coaches of Wushu routines in amateur sports schools,on their ability to acquire specific sport knowledge and to regulate the behavior of students;it also researched into the goal set-up of training promising coaches.It found out that Hebei province had no obvious advantages of fostering reserve forces;coaches lacked scientific training methods of maneuver;they paid much more attention on athletes' physical ability than ... |
