| Abstract: | The entry to WTO is the supreme opportunity and challege for China in the new century,and it will undoubtedly exert a great influence over the utilization of foreign capital in Hebei Province.This paper makes an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages that Hebei will face under the situation at home and abroad,and presents feasible measures accordingly.And this is of great significance to the sustained,steady and healthy development of Hebei's economy. |
