电子科学与技术专业开设物理及材料科学类课程调查

摘    要:本文对目前国内高校电子科学与技术专业开设物理及材料科学类课程的情况进行了调查,结果表明:96%的高校开设了物理及材料科学类的课程,作为必修课的高校占64%,使用通用教材的高校占78%,认为开设此类课程有必要性的高校占95%,认为对学生就业和继续深造有作用的高校为100%。调查结果为电子科学与技术专业教学指导分委员会制定专业规范和发展战略提供了数据依据。

Abstract:The purpose of this survey was to investigate Physics and Materials Science course offerings in Electronic Science and Technology programs in Chinese universities. Results indicate that 96% of the universities investigated offer such courses, among which 64% offer such courses as compulsory courses, 78% use general textbooks, 95% regard such courses as necessary, and 100% believe that such courses contribute to graduates' competitive power in the job market. The findings can inform the formulation of curriculum standards and curriculum development by the Sub -committee of Electronic Science and Technology Instruction.
