| 摘 要： | 在中西文化交流史上,新教传教士马礼逊担当起了外汉和汉外双向翻译的重任,首次将基督教经典《圣经》完整地译成中文,编纂了中国第一部汉英字典《华英字典》。他还是比较系统地将中华文化经典译成英文的第一位西人传教士。他的中西文化经典翻译为中西文化交流作出了贡献。
