| 摘 要： | 以我国高水平蹦床运动员作为研究对象,采用文献研究法、专家访谈与问卷调查法及数理统计的方法,对形态各指标进行了研究分析,初步建立了高水平蹦床运动员形态模型.结果表明:反映身体形态的各指标具有不同的重要程度,其中小腿加足高和小腿长的权重最大,克托莱指数和下肢长次之,髂前上棘宽的权重最小,反映下肢围度的大腿围和小腿围居中;形态模型提示我国高水平蹦床运动员具有下肢较长、大腿和小腿的围度相对较粗,身体充实度适中,髋部较窄的形态特点.另外,根据各指标权重建立的评价体系,对高水平蹦床运动员身体形态训练和选材均具有重要的参考意义.

| Abstract: | This paper takes trampoline elites of our country as the research object,through the method of literature investigation,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,and researches each index sign of appearance and builds up its appearance structure model.The result shows that each index sign has different important degree in reflecting the external physical appearance, among them the shank add feet high and the length of shank having the biggest important degree,KTA index and the length of legs are the second,the next in order is circles of legs and width of ilium.The appearance structure model points out the trampoline elites of our country have the follow characteristics: legs are long,legs circle are bigger,the body substantial is moderate,hipbone is narrow.The evaluation system which establish according to the important degree of each index will giving substantial reference value for training and choosing trampoline athlete. |
