| 摘 要： | 产学研结合是高校加速科技成果转化的必由之路,是高校科技工作服务经济建设和社会发展的迫切需要,是高校高素质人才培养和学科建设的有效途径。实施产学研结合,要以市场为导向,加强原始创新,提高自主创新能力;要发挥好政府的导向作用,企业的主体作用,部门的协同作用;要结合各自实际,树立和落实科学发展观,紧紧抓住科技、人才和创新三个关键环节,大力推进科技创新,促进产学研有机结合。

| Abstract: | The University-Industry-Science Partnership is a path to the transformation of Sci-Tech achievements and an active demand for its Sci-Tech work serving for economic and social development.Meanwhile,it is an effective way to talents training and the construction of disciplines in universities.To realize the University-Industry-Science Partnership,it is very important to set up the market-oriented pattern,enhance the original innovation and improve the independent innovation ability.It also needs to exert the orientation function of the government,the subject function between the enterprises and the cooperation of different departments.The universities should consider their own conditions,set up the scientific approach of development,hold the three key links of science,talented person and innovation,and develop the Sci-Tech innovation so as to promote the University-Industry-Science Partnership. |
