| 摘 要： | 由美国次贷危机引起的金融危机,迅速蔓延全球,对世界各国经济的发展造成了严重的影响。究其根源,还是资本主义制度和在新的经济形势下金融监管不力的合力共同造成的。我国作为发展中的大国,在经济日益全球化,金融市场相互开放、相互关联中当然也不能幸免。然而我们从这次国际金融危机中能得到哪些有益的启示呢？我们应清醒地认识到资本主义的本质没有改变。我们在改革开放的同时,更应坚持独立自主,防止外部经济对我国经济的影响。面对国际金融危机,结合国内的发展及资本主义国家发展的经验教训,科学发展观不仅是我们应对这次国际金融危机的应对之策,也是我国经济、社会长期健康发展的战略选择。

| Abstract: | Financial crisis caused by American loan crisis,spread and the world quickly,in resulted in the serious influence to the development of the international community economy.It is foundamently caused by capitalist system and ineffective finance regulation under the lately economic situation.China as a big developing country,at economy increasingly globalization and the financial market opened up and connection mutually,also can＇t escape by luck.However,what beneficial enlightenment we can get from this international financial crisis! We should see clearly that the capitalism essence did not change.We even should maintain independence and keep the initiative at the time of reforming and openning up,so that preventing from the influence of overseas economy upon our country.Facing the international financial crisis,combining the experience of the local development and the development of capitalist countries,science development view is not only that we should adopt the correct plan to deal with this international financial crisis,but also that it is a strategic choice maintaining our country economic and society development healthily for a long period. |
