基于层次分析法的高校优秀图书馆员选拔模型及其应用

摘    要:充分发挥图书馆员的工作积极性、创造性和责任感是新时期高校图书馆工作的重点之一。为提高图书馆员的工作效率,必须加强对馆员的考核,科学地选拔出优秀馆员。结合图书馆工作的实际情况,首先阐述了图书馆员考核选拔的作用、内容和方法,然后构建由领导、同行、读者从不同角度按照德、才、勤、绩四方面的评价指标体系和优秀、良好、一般三级评价标准,最后运用层次分析法进行定量计算。以为高校优秀图书馆员的选拔工作提供参考依据。
