| 摘 要： | 本文梳理了自计算机化的信息系统产生以来,学者们对其发展规律和关键成长因素的研究。通过比较分析,指出影响IS成长的关键因素随着时间的发展,发生了遵从一定规律的转移,即从硬因子转向软因子。通过对转移规律的总结和内在原因分析,笔者指出了现代企业建设信息系统的重点和未来研究方向。
