| 摘 要： | 在研究各种单一项目融资模式BOT,TOT,PPP的基础上,创新性的提出了项目综合集成融资模式,并着重探讨了项目综合集成融资模式的概念、框架以及运行体系.最后,利用综合集成的系统重构理论建立了项目综合集成融资的效能评价模型,并通过效能评价三维模型对该模式的效能进行了从定性到定量的分析.

| Abstract: | On the basis of studying the various models of single project financing BOT and TOT,PPP,the paper innovatively puts forward project meta-synthesis financing model,and focus on the concept,framework,operation system of the project meta-synthesis financing model.Fmally,the paper sets up effectiveness evaluation model of project meta-synthesis financing through system reconstruction theory of meta-synthesis and makes analysis through 3D model of the performance evaluation from qualitative to quantitative. |
