| Abstract: | This paper discusses about the topic of material - choosing of aerobics sportsman, from the perspective of collegestudentsage,physiological and psychological features. A multi -fold method is proposed that the materials can be chosen ac-cording to the physical shape, physical nature, psychological quality, athletic ability, and aerobics awarenese etc. |
