| 摘 要： | 科技档案工作是科学研究的主要组成部分,它在科学研究、技术创新及科研管理中有不可替代的作用。科技档案管理人员根据科学研究的实际,围绕特定课题及时地连续地向科研人员提供相应的各种科技信息资源,并使其在科研课题研究中充分地发挥作用,更好地为经济建设与社会发展服务。

| Abstract: | Science and technical achieve is the main part of research work,and it is not be replaced by others in science,study,management of corporation and enterprise,innovation of science-tech,enhance of economic profits.The staff of science-tech achieves can provide varied data to research man continuously and in time in light of investigation actually and special project,so these data can be made good use and make good services for economic construction and social development. |
