| 摘 要： | 在介绍图书馆2.0及其实现途径的基础上,以上海大学图书馆为例,论述了构建学科知识服务平台的实现目标、总体架构、实现技术和实现方法。认为基于图书馆2.0的观念和技术是构建学科知识服务平台的指南,具有图书馆员2.0素养和技能的学科馆员在做好学科知识服务中起着重要的作用,值得每个图书馆尝试。同时表明,实现图书馆2.0的关键是提高馆员的认知与认同,促进馆员与用户的双向交流与互动,从用户需求出发找到改进和扩展服务的切入点,选择合适的技术路线和实施途径。

| Abstract: | On the basis of introducing the concept of Library 2.0 and the method of its implementation, the goal, architecture, technology and method for Building the service platform of subject knowledge in Shanghai University library are presented in this paper. It is proved that the efficient way for constructing the service platform of subject knowledge is based on the concept and the technology of Library 2.0, and Subject Librarians with the Library 2.0 literacy and skills play an important role in knowledge services of subject knowledge. It is worth for every library to make an effort. It is also pointed out that the key for implantation of the Library 2.0 is to improve the cognitions and agreements of librarians, to promote the interchanges between librarians and users, to find the breakthrough point for improving and expanding of the services from user's needs and to choose the appropriate technology and implementation ways. |
