| 摘 要： | 我国入世后，市场经济将进一步发展与完善。作为维护市场秩序的卫士-工商行政监管部门只有从传统的经济监管中解脱出来，更新监管理念、转换监管机制、改进监管方式、完善监管法律体系，尽快实现与国际惯例接轨，才能肩负起保证市场公开、公正、公平竞争的重任。

New Challenge Brought by WTO Entry for Governmental Administrations of Industry and Commerce |

| Abstract: | It is clear that China's entry of WTO will further enhance the development and perfection of market economy. Under this circumstance, it is of great significance that the Governmental Administrations of Industry and Commerce, as the guard of market order, to convert their traditional administrative ideas, methods, mechanism and legal systems into new ones which are in conformity with international practices. Only in this way can they fulfill their tasks in securing the transparency, fairness and equitability of the market. |
