| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育要坚持以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,走产学研结合的专业改革发展道路。我们的法律事务专业教学方法改革必须坚持这一原则。在法律类课程教学中,遵循上述原则和思路并结合法律课程的特点,我认为应该采取以法条为核心的多种形式的互动式教学方法。在理论教学中坚持以法条为核心的教学模式,采用案例教学、模拟法庭教学和"诊所式"教学等形式。同时还要加强实践性教学。

| Abstract: | The higher vocation education should insist on the purpose of service and the leading coverage of employment and the specialty reform and development way of the combination of industry, studying and research. We must stick on the principle above. I think we should take the interchanging teaching method in different forms concentrating on the law clauses in law course teaching according to the principle and the feature of law courses. We should take the teaching method of the law clauses teaching, the case teaching, the imitate court teaching and the clinic teaching during our theory teaching. We should strengthen the practice teaching at the same time. |
