| 摘 要： | 20世纪60焦代初期，我国在经济调整之前，有一段宽松的政治环境：党内外民主生活有所恢复，政治关系、文艺政策有所调整，知识分子政策有所落实，阶级斗争扩大化有所缓解，个人崇拜有所收敛，平反一部分错案。后来因为个人专断的原因，致使这次宽松的政治生活中断，经济发展和政治调整没有同步进行，出现经济和政治关系的冲突，终于引发了文化大革命。

| Abstract: | In the early days of 60s of the 20th century,our country had had a loose political environment before the economic adjustment: to some extent,the democratic life of the Party had been resumed the political relations and literature relations had been adjusted,the policies towards intelligentsia had been carried out,the enlarging of the Class Struggle were catabatic,the personal worship was restrained,and the misjudged cases were corrected.Due to the personal arbitrary activities,the loose political life was stopped,economic development and political adjustment were not carried simultaneously,there appeared the conflicts of the relations between Economy and politics and finally caused the Cultural Revolution. |
