高校图书馆阅读推广模式构建研究:基于商业模式画布

摘    要:阅读推广模式是开展阅读推广的典范性有效体系的抽象,本研究利用商业模式画布思维框架,构建高校图书馆阅读推广一般模式或体系。高校图书馆应从相互关联的九方面构建阅读推广模式,即深入准确认识用户、精心设计并传递价值主张、建立高效便捷的互动渠道、积极发展和维护读者关系、获取持续稳定的财务来源、识别并整合利用关键资源、发展关键合作关系、有效管控关键活动、最优化成本结构。

Abstract:Reading promotion model is an abstraction of an exemplary and effective system for reading promotion.The study uses thinking framework of business model canvas,combined with the analysis of excellent cases,to build a general pattern of college library reading promotion.College libraries should construct the reading promotion model from nine interrelated aspects,that is,deeply and accurately understanding users,carefully designing and transmitting value propositions,establishing efficient and convenient interactive channels,actively developing and maintaining reader relations,obtaining sustained and stable financial sources,identifying and integrating key resources,developing key cooperative relationships,effectively controlling key activities,and optimizing cost structure.
