| 摘 要： | 作者以“文革”造成的一批“隐性”人才为切入点,结合当前国际国内形势和经济全球化发展趋势的时代背景,根据中国的国情,以及人才的发现和培养的状况和需要,在参照发达国家的先进教育经验的同时,探讨了弹性学制实施的社会基础,提出了弹性学制为人才脱颖而出创设的环境的观点。
