| 摘 要： | 在当前中部省份承接东部产业转移的背景下，本文通过对安徽省农村的抽样调查，对安徽省农村劳动力流动、农户收入、社会保障、再就业的意愿，以及农户耕地流转意愿进行调查分析，最后根据中部省份承接产业转移进程中农地流转的制度框架提出开展社会服务的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Under the background that currently middle provinces undertake the eastern industrial transfer, based on the sample survey about rural areas of Anhui province, this paper carries out research and makes analysis on the labor mobility, household income, social security, reemployment willing, and farmers'willing to transfer land in the rural areas of Anhui province. Finally, according to the framework of agricultural land transfer in the process of middle provinces'undertaking industry shift, this pa-per puts forward the policy recommendations of developing social service. |
