| 摘 要： | 我国高校兼职教师已经成为高校教师队伍中的一支重要力量。但由于至今还没有形成专门的兼职教师管理制度,导致高校在管理的过程中出现了不少问题,这些问题只能通过对兼职教师人性化管理、制度化管理、法制化管理来解决。

| Abstract: | In our country,part-time faculties in HELS have become an important force of the groups of teachers in HELS.However,as the special management system for part-time faculties haven't formed yet,a few problems are caused in the management process of HELS.And we can only solve the problems through the human-based management,the systematic management and the management within the law for part-time faculties. |
