体育教师心理状态在教学中的调节与运用

摘    要:为提高体育教师的教学效果,通过文献资料法和座谈法,以体育教师职业角色与学生本质属性为出发点,对体育教师的PAC(父母、成人、孩子)心理状态进行了分析。指出体育教师在教学中,应以C状态占主导地位,同时辅之以A,淡化P,使PAC状态调整到最佳比例,促进教学效果的提高。

Abstract:In order to improve the teaching efficiency of P. E. teachers, based on documents study and forum, treating the professional pant of the P. E. teachers and the essential attribute of the students as the starting point, this paper analyzed the P. E. teachers?PAC psychology. It pointed out that during the teaching process the P. E. teachers should put condition C at the dominant position, at the same time with the assistance of condition A, but with little emphasis of condition P, to make the adjustment of PAC condition most proportionate and to improve the teaching efficiency.
