| Abstract: | Dalian Education University "Twelfth Five-year Plan" Development Blueprint is the creed-like document for the scientific development of the university.Under the lead of scientific development view,we should make wide researches,develop democracy,collect common civilians' wisdom to work out a development blueprint which conforms to local education,economy,and society and conforms to the status quo of our university,which is crucial to its fast and great development in "twelfth five-year plan". |
