| 摘 要： | 我国现行的法学教育重理论轻实践,法学教育与司法实践未能有效衔接,导致接受了法学本科教育的法学专业毕业生难以适应司法实践的需要,实践中存在着法学教育与法律职业脱节的事实。为了改变这种现状,独立学院应大力开展法学本科第二课堂教育,包括模拟法庭、速录实践、专家讲座等各方面活动,以此推动独立学院法学本科教育可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Our current emphasis on theory than practice law education,legal education and legal practice has failed to effectively converge,leading to acceptance of the Law Undergraduate Education in Law Graduates difficult to adapt to the needs of the judicial practice,practice,legal education and legal existence of the fact that professional touch.To change this situation,independent college of law should be vigorously carried out the second undergraduate classroom education,including a mock court,Speed Recording practice,expert lectures and other matters,to advance the independent Sustainable Development of Undergraduate Education School of Law. |
