| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，对发展新农村体育的必要性、制约因素等问题进行分析研究，结合“十一五农民健身工程”，从政府服务、科学发展、经济发展、组织的建立等方面来探讨发展和谐社会下的新农村体育。明确新农村体育的发展方向，探索一条适合建设社会主义新农村体育的发展之路，以促进新农村体育的发展。在新的历史形势下，发展社会主义和谐社会下的农村体育是目前群众体育的重点，发展新农村体育是构建和谐社会、塑造社会主义新型农民的必要途径。
