| 摘 要： | 青岛职业技术学院旅游管理专业在示范院校建设过程中,对国际合作进行了探索与实践。通过与荷兰INHOLLAND应用科技大学的合作证明：在国际合作与交流中应转变观念,创新国际交流与合作的模式,要依托国际交流与合作的平台,引进国外的教学资源,提高旅游人才的培养水平,从而在国际合作与交流方面达到双赢的目的。这种多元化的交流与合作,可以提高师资队伍的建设水平,改革教学模式,促进旅游人才的培养工作。
