| 摘 要： | 随着当今社会信息技术水平的大幅提升与互联网应用的飞速发展,我国政府开始大力推进教育信息化改革,信息化建设已然成为了高等院校未来教学与管理发展的新趋势。文章分析了目前信息化建设现状及制约其发展的因素,同时结合国家政策的新指向探寻合理的信息化建设新目标与改革方案,为探索未来高校信息化建设之路提供了新的思路和发展方向。

| Abstract: | With the level of today’s society information technology increased significantly and the rapid development of Internet applications,China’s government began to promote the reform of education information vigorously.Therefore,the Information Construction has become the future’s new trend of higher education teaching and management.This paper analyzes the current status of Information Construction and the factors of restricting the development.Combined with the new national policy,this paper explores the new reasonable goals and reform program of the Information Construction,which provide a new way of thinking and development in exploring the future of Colleges and universities’s Information Construction. |
