| 摘 要： | 知识产权保护的目的在于促进知识信息的创造和传播，而知识产权保护的失衡将直接导致信息生态环境的恶化。因此，从信息生态学的角度重审知识产权保护体系，将有助于我们澄清当前知识产权保护二元分类的误区，运用系统的方法建构知识产权保护机制，以实现信息生态系统的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Protection of intellectual property is to promote the useful information creation and spread, however, imbalance of intellectual property will lead to worsen the information ecosystem. If we have an ecological perspective on the protection of intellectual property, it will help us to realize a sustainable development in information ecosystem by clarifying the binary choice in intellectual property and constructing intellectual property protective mechanism with the systems approach. |
