| 摘 要： | 自信心作为一种人格品质是非智力因素的重要组成部分，它对学生的发展有重要影响。在分析中学生自信心的特征和主要影响因素的基础上提出相应的实施成功教育和树立适当榜样等五项培养策略。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on middle school students' self confidence, which is one of the most important facet of non intelligence factors and has a significant effect on students' development. It analyzes the characteristics of the students' self confidence and the main influence factors. At last the author proposes a series of training strategies for the preparation of self confidence. |
