| 摘 要： | 在企业组织向项目型组织转化的过程中,除了需要一批有经验的项目经理以外,引进和建立适合自己行业或者企业特点的项目管理标准是至关重要的。本文就项目管理方法、项目寿命周期、项目管理相关软件的选择和执行问题进行了简单讨论,以期对企业项目管理系统的建立起到一定参考作用。

| Abstract: | In the process of the Chinese enterprise transformation to project-bas ed structure, it is important for those businesses to introduce and build the pr oject management standards that are fit for their industries and their special c haracteristics, besides the requirement for experienced project managers. In thi s paper, some practical problems relating to the project management methodology, project life cycle and the selection and implementation of the project manageme nt software are discussed briefly, which is for the reference of the enterprises when setting up their project management systems. |
