| 摘 要： | 五年制高职教育是招收初中毕业生，实施五年一贯制培养模式，融中等职业教育和高等职业教育于一体，以培养专科学历层次高素质、高技能人才为目标的职业教育。江苏电大经过10年的探索与研究，已创建了一整套五年制高职教育教学及管理办法，取得较好的教育效益和社会效益。在国家大力发展职业教育，职业教育加大改革力度的宏观环境中，五年制高职教育应抓住有利时机，明确发展思路，加快发展步伐。努力培养更多的应用型人才。
