| 摘 要： | 新型工业化道路是在市场经济体制下,以现代科学技术尤其是信息技术为依托,促进经济、科技、环境、人口和社会的协调发展和可持续发展的新型工业现代化发展道路。企业是国民经济的主体,是走新型工业化道路的主力军。面对新的挑战和新的历史使命,创新是关键,发展是主题,因此企业必须进行全方位的管理创新,通过一系列的生产模式、经营战略、物流管理以及人力资源管理等方面的改革与创新,以推进新型工业化发展的进程,真正使我国的经济实现跨越式的发展。

| Abstract: | The new type industrialization road is a new pattern developmentroad of industrymodernization in the market economy system, which should rely on the modern science and technology, especially information technology, and improve economy, science and technology, environment, population and society harmonizing and continuous development. Enterprise is the principle part of the nationaleconomy, and it is the main force to follow the new type industrialization road. Facing the new challenge and new history mission , the key is innovation and the subject is development , therefore enterprise must innovate in the whole part of administration, with a seriesof reformation and innovation on the manufacture mode, manage strategy, logistics management and human recoursemanagement, promote the course of the new type industrialization road and improve our national economy quickly. |
