智能超声波水位控制器研究

摘    要:利用超声波反射特性测量水位,采用单片机AT89S51和超声波探头UCM40R设计了水位控制器。该控制器包括了基于超声波的水位高度检测模块、液晶显示模块、报警电路模块、串口通信电路模块以及水位控制信号输出模块等几个部分。多个模块之间协同工作以实现测量水位、动态显示液面高度并自动控制水量等功能,克服了机械控制和PLC控制的缺点。实验证明,该控制器设计正确可靠,各控制信号输出准确稳定,达到了水位控制的要求和目的。

Abstract:The water level controller designed in this paper has been introduced AT89S51 singlechip and UCM40R ultrasonic probe with the reflection properties of ultrasonic used to measure the water level.This water level controller includes water level detection module,LCD module,alarm circuit module,serial communication circuit module and water level control signal output module.These modules work together to achieve the measurement of water level,dynamic display of liquid height and automatic water level control,overcoming the mechanical control and PLC control’s shortcomings.Results show that the controller is well-designed and reliable.Each control signal’s output is accurate and stability,achieve the requirement of controlling the water level.
