| 摘 要： | 中小企业集群化是经济较发达地区的一个很重要的现象,对这种现象的研究越来越得到国内外专家学者的重视。本文首先对中小企业集群理论进行了简单的回顾,接着指出了中小企业集群化的优势,剖析了我国中小企业集群发展中存在的主要问题,指出了我国中小企业群落向纵深发展的对策。

| Abstract: | The clusterization of middle/small enterprises is an important phenomenon in developed areas, and also draws eyes of experts and scholars at home and abroad. This paper begins with a simple review of middle/small-sized enterprise cluster theory ,and then discusses the advantages of clusterization of middle/small-sized enterprises, analyzes the main problems confronted during the development of middle/small-sized enterprises cluster in our country, and at last gives some countermeas-ure advices . |
