| 摘 要： | 电子货币作为电子支付系统中一个主要的支付手段,它的产生是新世纪以来网络经济不断发展与繁荣的结果。同时,它的普及与应用都将会为网络经济的发展开辟新的、更为广阔的天地。本文探讨了电子货币的法律性质、电子货币发行等多方面的问题,并对电子货币的法律执行和国际性中的相关问题发表了自己的看法。

| Abstract: | As a primary instrument of payment in the electronic payment system, the advent of electronic money reflects the development of network economy and prosperity in the new century. In the mean time, its popularization and appli- cation will accelerate the network economy and widen its scope. The legal characters and the issue of electronic money are probed; moreover, opinions are aired on its legal execution and related internationalization issues. |
