| 摘 要： | 当前,林业快速发展,林业已成为我国社会经济可持续发展的一个战略重点,地位越来越重要,任务越来越繁重。林业发展必然需要大量的林业人才。因此,大力开展林业职业教育,全面提高林业从业人员的整体素质,是林业教育工作面临的一项长期而艰巨的任务。本文通过对湖北林业人才结构现状的调查分析,对湖北林业人才培养工作提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | The current rapid development of forestry has become a strategic keystone of sustainable development of society and economy of China,the function and task of which are increasingly important.The rapid development requires numbers of talents of forestry.Vocational training of forestry and upgrade of comprehensive quality of the forestry talents are long and hard duties of forestry education.Countermeasures and advice are proposed on the forestry talent training by diagnosing the status quo of forestry talent structure of Hubei Province. |
