| 摘 要： | 孝昌县在"现代林业"指导下,植树造林成效显著,生态建设稳步推进,林业产业发展迅速,森林资源得到保护,发挥了林业在社会主义新农村建设中的重要作用。国家确定了以生态建设为主的林业发展方针;省委林业工作会议确立了"生态立省"战略。要抢抓林业发展机遇,打造和谐生态孝昌,必须创新林业发展机制,激活林业动力体系;加快造林绿化步伐,构建和谐生态体系;培植特色支柱产业,形成林业产业体系;加强林业基础工作,完善林业保障体系。

| Abstract: | Based on"Modern Forestry",with obvious achievements of tree planting and afforestation,ecological construction,forest resources protection and forestry industry development,forestry in Xiaochang plays an important part in the construction of socialist new countryside.Both state government and provincial government issued some guidelines for ecological strategy and forestry development.Therefore,to seize the opportunities of forestry development grasped to construct a harmonious Xiaochang Count,it is crucial to fulfill the following:innovation of development system,activation of forestry impetus,acceleration of tree planting and afforestation,construction of harmonious ecological system,establishment of pillar industry and industrial system,improvement of forestry infrastructure and perfection of forestry security system. |
