| 对中考焦虑问题的心理诊断与治疗 |

| 摘 要： | 求助者李某,初三学生,两周前因模拟考试发挥不好、成绩不佳,而导致考试焦虑,表现为情绪紧张不安、失眠、尿频,能正常上学,但学习效率有所下降。诊断为一般心理问题。运用合理情绪疗法帮助其改变不合理认知,调整情绪,改善行为。同时运用社会支持系统,对其母亲也进行了合理情绪治疗。经过4周治疗,求助者改变了对考试的不合理认知,克服了焦虑情绪和失眠、尿频症状,恢复了健康的心态。

Diagnoses and Treatment on Anxiety before Entrance Examination of Senior High School |

| Abstract: | Help seeker, Li X, a student in the third year of junior high school. She's suffering from exam anxiety due to a poor performance on the analog test of entrance examination of senior high school two weeks earlier, complaining of nervousness, insomnia, high frequency in emiction, study efficiency being lowered down though her school being not disturbed. It is diagnosed as a normal mental disease. Applying emotional therapy helped her correct her wrong cognition, adjust her mood and modify her behavior, at the same time, her mother was applied with the similar emotional therapy through social support system. After four-week treatment, this help seeker changed her previous wrong cognition about exams and regained healthy attitude without complaints of anxiety, insomnia and high frequency in emiction. |
