| 摘 要： | 五代十国时期谏官的设置基本承袭唐制,各政权在戎马倥偬之际,仍能维持着比较完整的谏官建置。在谏官的选任迁转上,重视候选人的品德和从政经历。当时对谏官言事比较优容,并让其管理匦函之事。这都有助于谏官行施职权。谏官的职责主要是对君主进行谏诤,另有许多职外差遣。

A Tentative Study on the Remonstration System During the Period of Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms |

| Abstract: | The establishment of the remonstrance officials during the Period of Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms generally copied and followed the system built in Tang Dynasty. All the state political power still maintained a more integrated establishment of the remonstrance officials even if they were busily engaged in warfare. It laid more stress on the candidate's personal qualities and the experience of how they performed on their post in court or county when selected or promoted as the remonstrance officials. The governors were lenient in giving advice by the remonstrance officials and let them take charge of gathering data from secret mailbox. All those were helpful for the remonstrance officials to execute their duties and rights. The major duty of the remonstrance officials was to give emperor advice. Moreover, they must be ready for other orders from the governors. |
