| 摘 要： | 从"怎样建设党"的视野看,延安时期以"愿意为着共产党的主张而奋斗"为主要标准发展党员,"着重从思想上建设党"并用"整风"方法解决思想和作风上的突出问题,竭尽心力培养"才德兼备的领导干部",创造了在党内非工人成分占绝大多数情况下建设工人阶级先锋队的成功经验;从"局部执政"的视野看,延安时期以陕甘宁边区为典范,"作全国民主政治之先导",构建更具广泛代表性而又能加强党在根据地执政地位的政权体制,强化廉政建设,把"给人民以东西"作为第一方面的工作而使人民得到"看得见的物质福利",积累了治国安民的重要经验;从"三个代表"的视野看,延安时期"以研究中国革命实际问题为中心"创造中国化马克思主义新理论,准确把握基本国情与形势变化而制定路线纲领政策,把远大奋斗目标与完成现实任务相统一,运用群众路线的领导方法加强党群关系,形成了"代表中国民族与中国人民的利益"的基本经验.这些经验集中为一点,就是永葆党的先进性.延安时期党的建设的经验,对于新世纪按照"三个代表"的要求进一步解决好"怎样建设党"的问题有着深刻的启示.

| Abstract: | In terms of "How to construct the Party", the Communist Party of China created the successful experience of constructing the vanguard of the working class in the phase of Yan'an when the non_worker elements constituted the majority in the Party. This experience was gained by admitting the Party members mainly by adhering to such basic standards as "being willing to struggle for the stand of the Communist Party", "constructing the Party largely in ideology" and solving conspicuous problems in ideology and style by means of "rectification", and trying whole_heartedly to train "leading cadres both with ability and with political integrity". From the angle of "partial government", the Party in the phase of Yan'an founded a power system of more extensive representativity and capable of strengthening the Party's position as the Government in the revolutionary bases by setting the Shaanxi_Gansu_Ningxia Border Region as the model and "guide of the national political democracy". Besides, it accumulated the experience of administering the country and people by intensifying honest and clean government and regarding "rewarding the people with material" as the leading work so that the people can obtain "visible material welfare". From the view of "the Three Representings", the Party in the phase of Yan'an developed a new theory of Chinese_edition Marxism by concentrating on the study of the realistic questions in Chinese revolution, laid down the line and principal policy by maintaining an accurate control over the national conditions and change of the situation and integrating the long_range objectives and realistic tasks to be fulfilled, and shaped the basic experience of "representing the interests of the Chinese nation and the Chinese people" by consolidating the tie between the Party and the masses through the leading method of following the mass line. All these kinds of experience focus on the one point, viz., always maintaining the Party's advancedness. The experience of the Party construction in the phase of Yan'an ignites a deep enlightenment on answering well the question of "How to construct the Party" in the new era to the requirements of "the Three Representings".mainlybyadherin |
