| 摘 要： | 唐中后期宦官参预司法是唐代中后期宦官专权在司法领域的具体表现,虽然在不同时期宦官用不同的名称和形式进行参预,但与唐代中后期宦官势力的消长是相辅相成的.宦官超越其职掌而参预司法,不仅打乱了原有的中央司法系统,侵夺了大理寺、御史台、刑部的司法权,还直接破坏了唐中后期的法律制度,加深了政局的不稳.
