| 摘 要： | 创新是国家生活诸方面持续发展的希望所在。中国农民在改革开放进程中的创新实践推动了社会的全面发展并为世界所注目。从政治制度创新的视角审视农民创举可以看出，自由、平等、民主是农民创举对政治制度创新取向的基本要求；对农民创举的提升与再造是政治制度创新的客观逻辑；农民创举推动政治制度创新也要求我们改变在农民问题上的传统观念。

| Abstract: | Creativity is the hope for a country to develop sustainably. Practice of creative innovation by farmers of China has promoted social development, which has drawn attention of the world. If we discuss farmers creative activities from aspect of political system creation, it can be found that freedom, equality and democracy are the basic demands of farmers creative activities on political system. It follows logically that to upgrade and reconstruct farmers creative sense is of great importance in the innovation of political system. Farmer's creative activities will make us change traditional thinking of farmer's problem. |
