| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国期刊业迅速崛起,不仅在数量上跃居世界期刊大国行列,而且在切实提高质量和效益、迈向世界期刊强国的过程中也取得了骄人的成绩。宏观考察当代中国的期刊业,其发展日益呈现出质量精品化、内容专门化、编辑规范化、载体数字化、出版产业化、传播国际化、管理科学化、队伍学者化八大趋势。探析中国期刊业的发展,既要充分估计我们已经取得的进步,同时也要清醒地看到我们与世界期刊强国之间的差距。面向新世纪,必须进一步解放思想,真正树立产业化办刊理念,深化改革,努力在大幅度提高办刊水平、扩大国际影响方面迈出新的步伐。

| Abstract: | In the past two decades, China's periodical enterprise has been growing rapidly, not only ranking in number among the world powers of periodical enterprise, but also making remarkable achievements in efforts to actually raise quality and efficiency of periodicals to lead the world in this enterprise. A general inspection of the contemporary growth of China's periodical enterprise shows the following 8 leading distinctive tendencies, namely, perfecting in quality, specializing in content, normalizing in edition and composition, digitalizing in information carrier, industrializing in publication, internationalizing in communication, scientizing in administration and intellectualizing in editing staff. A reflective analysis of the growth of China's periodical enterprise should not merely fully review those advancements we have achieved but also clearly realize the gaps existing between global periodical powers and our country's. In face of the new century, we should take steps forward in further unbinding the mind and deepening the reform to periodical managing quality and efficiency and amplify the global influence of our country's periodical enterprise. |
