| 摘 要： | 全球化包括经济、政治、文化和生态环境四个方面。经济全球化是指世界各国的生产与再生产的各个环节和各个领域 ,相互依存与相互融合程度不断增强的生产社会化、经济国际化的进程和全球经济一体化的趋势 ,对世界经济发展尤其是对发展中国家发展具有正面和负面两重影响。环境全球化是全球化时代发展的最重要特征 ,是指生态环境问题的国际化、全球化的进程和趋势。经济全球化与环境问题全球扩散并行不悖。经济全球化与环境全球化出现融合发展的大趋势。全球化应当朝着可持续的方向发展

| Abstract: | Globalization involves economy, politics, culture and ecological environment. Economic globalization refers to the tendency of integration of global economy and the course of productive socialization and economic internationalization in which different nations in the world depend and incorporate mutually to a higher and higher degree in different areas and steps of production and reproduction. This tendency affects both positively and negatively development of the world economy, especially the economic development of the developing countries. Environmental globalization is most characteristic of this globalizing era of development, which involves the tendency and course of internationalization and globalization of ecological and environmental problems. Not mutually exclusive, economic and environmental globalization show a general tendency of increasing incorporated development and should advance towards sustainable development. |
