| 摘 要： | 保定作为历史文化优势明显的中等城市,如何打造融历史文化底蕴和独特区域特色为一体的现代城市是一项大课题。提出通过提炼"保定精神"、科学规划城市建设、政府强力出台鼓励扶植政策措施、注重构建城市主题文化精神,创新文化载体、打造"红色文化季"亮丽品牌,加快实施人才兴文战略、打造人才聚集高地,适时启动古城文化名人培育工程等举措,着力提升城市文化品位,倾力打造现代精品城市形象。

| Abstract: | Baoding as a historical cultural superiority obvious medium-sized city,how to make history culture and unique re-gional features for the integration of modern city is a big issue.This paper proposed through the refining＂Baoding spirit＂,scientific planning urban construction,the government＇s strong policies and measures to encourage propped up on urban themes,paying attention to the cultural spirit,innovation cultural carrier,create ＂red cultural season＂,accelerating the implementation of talent renaissance culture strategy,create tal-ents gathered highlands,timely startup old city culture celebrities,measures such as cultivation project to improve the cultural taste of city and modern high-quality goods city image. |
