| 摘 要： | 为了培养高素质法律家,韩国决定通过司法和教育制度的改革改变法学教育模式。经过多年的讨论,2007年,韩国公布了《关于法科大学院设置和运营的法律》。该法对法科大学院的设立条件、招生方法、课程设置原则、教员的配备、教学评估等进行了规定。法科大学院的建立对法学本科教育、司法考试制度、司法研修制度等带来了诸多影响。韩国的法科大学院教育制度是借鉴美国、德国、日本等国家的经验建立起来的,通过这一制度实现了法律家培养一体化。

| Abstract: | In order to train high-quality legalist,South Korea decided to adopt the reform of the judiciary and education system to change legal education mode.After years of discussion,in 2007,Korea announced the laws that On the Law School to Set Up and Operation of the Laws.The method of law school to the establishment of conditions for recruitment methods,curriculum principles,equipped with teachers,teaching evaluation was provided.The establishment of law school has a great impact on law undergraduate education,judicial examination system,the system of judicial training has.South Korea＇s law school education system learnt from the United States,Germany,Japan and other countries,the experience built up through the system to achieve the integration of training legalist. |
