转型后师范院校师范性与综合性的矛盾与统一

摘    要:目前我国绝大部分师范院校实现了由单纯师范教育向综合高校的转型,并由此形成了师范性与综合性的矛盾。主要表现在"名"与"实"之间的矛盾、师范专业与非师范专业设置的矛盾、学科专业课程教育与教育类课程教育的矛盾、教育资源分配中的矛盾。只要正确认识和处理这一矛盾,实现师范性与综合性的互补共生,达到矛盾的统一,才能充分发挥该类院校在我国教育发展中的功能和作用。

Abstract:At present,most of normal colleges and schools have been finished the transition from simple teacher education to integrate university in our country.That formed the contradiction between normality and synthesis.It displayed the contradiction between external and internal,the specialty setting contradiction between normal and non-normal majors,the course education contradiction between specialty and education,the distribution contradiction of educational resources.For bring normal colleges and schools into full play in Chinese educational development,we should understand and handle the contradiction correctly,achieve the complementation between normality and synthesis and reach the transition of the contradiction.
