摘    要:学前教育与义务教育仍存在衔接不畅的问题,这涉及诸多政府管理因素:学前教育和义务教育财政投入、社会管理不均衡;幼儿园和小学规划布局、制度衔接不尽合理;管理机构对学前教育与义务教育的教育内容、教育重点、发展特色等管理不尽统一;师资选拔和配备不统一。针对当前存在的问题,从社会管理视角探讨解决学前教育与义务教育衔接问题的对策。

Abstract:: The connecting of the preschool education and compulsory education is not smoth. This problem relate to a lot of government management factors: their educational financial investment and social management are not equal; the arrangement and the system connection of the kindergartens and primary schools are unreasonable; management agencies take different managemental methods and the teachers selection is different. This paper propose some solutions to solve the problems from the social administrational perspective.
